PRONET-D „Professionalisierung im Kasseler Digitalisierungsnetzwerk“ Das Vorhaben PRONET-D knüpft an die Kasseler Projekte PRONET und PRONET² der Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung an, indem es den Gedanken der Professionalisierung durch Vernetzung in Bezug auf die Digitalisierung weiterführt. In PRONET aufgebaute Strukturen werden genutzt und mit Blick auf eine nachhaltige Verankerung des Themas Digitalisierung in Forschung und Lehre an der Universität Kassel weiterentwickelt.

In sieben Teilprojekten (TP) werden innovative Lernumgebungen für die Lehrerbildung fachbezogen bzw. fachübergreifend entwickelt und evaluiert. Die Teilprojekte sind den beiden zentralen Maßnahmen „Mit digitalem Feedback im Studium arbeiten“ und „Digitale Medien gestalten, einsetzen und reflektieren“ zugeordnet. Die sieben Teilprojekte sind in sechs Unterrichtsfächern (Mathematik, Biologie, Physik, Chemie, Sachunterricht, Wirtschaft) und in den Bildungs- und Gesellschaftswissenschaften verortet und wirken damit in unterschiedliche Studienbereiche hinein. Zusätzlich decken sie alle in Kassel studierbaren Lehramtsstudiengänge ab. Als konzeptueller Rahmen für die Charakterisierung der Lehr-Lern-Settings dient der europäische Referenzrahmen DigCompEdu. Im Rahmen der Evaluation greifen alle Teilprojekte auf das empirisch belegte Modell von Mishra und Koehler (2006) zum Technological Pedagogical (and) Content Knowledge (TPACK) zurück und evaluieren die Lerneffektivität ihrer Lernumgebungen jeweils mit Blick auf ausgewählte Facetten des Modells. Inhaltliche Verbindungen und Synergien zwischen den Teilprojekten beider Maßnahmen ergeben sich durch die inhaltlichen Themenstränge kooperatives Arbeiten, Erklärvideos (je zwei Teilprojekte) und Lehr-Lernlabor-Settings (fünf Teilprojekte). Die Teilprojektevaluationen werden durch die teilprojektübergreifende Begleitforschung ergänzt, um Einstellungsänderungen und Haltungen der Studierenden im Projektverlauf quantitativ und qualitativ zu erfassen. Alle Teilprojekte beteiligen sich am Aufbau eines Netzwerks, das den Transfer der Ergebnisse und Produkte in die Breite der Kasseler Lehrerbildung unterstützt. Das Netzwerk wird über das Digital Lab Lehrerbildung (DiLab) gestützt, das als virtuelle Studienwerkstatt angegliedert an die in PRONET etablierte zentrale Lehramts-Studienwerkstatt konzipiert ist und insbesondere den phasenübergreifenden Transfer sowie studentische Initiativen des Netzwerks unterstützt.

The project PRONET-D continues the idea of professionalisation through networking (PRONET) in relation to digitalisation. The central ideas of the project are a) the (further) development of learning environments to promote digitalisation-related competences among prospective teachers, b) the targeted support of the transfer of concepts for digitisation across the subject areas and phases of teacher training and c) the establishment of a network that supports the transfer to other subject areas and phases of teacher training and aims to involve students as protagonists in transfer processes. In seven sub-projects, innovative learning environments for teacher training will be developed and evaluated on a subject-specific or interdisciplinary basis. The subprojects are assigned to the two central measures "Working with digital feedback in studies" and "Designing, using and reflecting on digital media". Content-related connections and synergies between the subprojects result from the thematic strands of cooperative work, explanatory videos and teaching-learning laboratory settings. Six teaching subjects as well as educational and social sciences are involved in the subprojects. The European reference framework DigCompEdu serves as the conceptual framework for the characterisation of the teaching-learning settings. All subprojects base their evaluations on the model of Technological Pedagogical (and) Content Knowledge (TPACK). An accompanying study covering all subprojects records the attitudes and attitude changes of the students quantitatively and qualitatively over the course of the project. All subprojects participate in the establishment of a network that supports the transfer of results and products across the breadth of the teacher training system in Kassel. The network is supported by the Digital Lab Teacher Training (DiLab), which is conceived as a virtual study workshop and supports the cross-phase transfer as well as student initiatives of the network. Until the first aiming point is reached, the work programme will comprise three key elements. The first is the development or further development of learning environments within the sub-projects assigned to the measures. In addition, the set-up of DiLab takes place in agreement with the subprojects and taking into account the learning environments developed by them. This is done in close coordination with the SiLa teaching and learning hub. Finally, the evaluation and research designs as well as the instruments to be used are developed and tested in the subprojects. Depending on the start of the subprojects, the data collection and evaluation will start before or after the first milestone. Usually, however, it will be increasingly focused on after aiming point 1. Upon reaching the second aiming point, the development or further development of learning environments is concluded. Reaching the second aiming point leads to the publication and presentation of results. In the last project year the transfer activities connected with the DiLab are intensified. In coordination with the innovation units of PRONET2, measures are planned and implemented to perpetuate the results of the project.
